NJ Casino Workers Want $1.1M Overtime Settlement OK'd
Roughly 200 Atlantic City casino workers urged a New Jersey federal court to sign off on a roughly $1.1 million settlement of claims that they were underpaid for their overtime hours, arguing the deal would make them whole and erase the potential of total defeat.

Casino Employees Snag Collective Cert. In OT, Tip Credit Suit
Workers for an Atlantic City casino can move forward as two collectives in their suit alleging they were stiffed on pay and weren't notified the casino took a tip credit on their pay, a New Jersey federal judge ruled Tuesday.
