A Wisconsin federal judge tossed for good a former worker's suit alleging that a global tech and cremation company saddled its employees' retirement plan with high fees, ruling Friday that a report recommending the suit's closure correctly found holes in the ex-employee's claims.

Cremation Co.'s Ex-Worker Urges No Toss Of 401(k) Fee Suit
A former employee of a global tech and cremation company urged a Wisconsin federal judge to reject the proposed dismissal of her lawsuit alleging workers were overcharged fees in their retirement plan, stating she put forward adequate comparisons showing the fees were unreasonable.
