Biogen Inc. and a certified class of employee 401(k) plan participants asked a Massachusetts federal court Thursday to OK a $9.75 million deal that would end a federal benefits lawsuit alleging the biotechnology company saddled workers' retirement savings with costly and poorly performing investment options.
