Canadian fintech BlockCrushr has agreed to dismiss a suit accusing one of its early investors — blockchain software company ConsenSys — of stealing its trade secrets, according to documents filed in New York federal court.

Canadian fintech company BlockCrushr filed a lawsuit in New York federal court Tuesday alleging blockchain software company ConsenSys pretended to be an advocate but ultimately stole its trade secrets and rushed a knockoff Ethereum recurring payments platform to market one day before BlockCrushr was scheduled to launch its product.
