A defunct drywall contractor has lost its bid to hold Bloomberg LP and Turner Construction to account for a blackballing and bid-rigging campaign, as a New York federal judge ruled the suit was filed too late despite a related appeal to the Second Circuit.

Bloomberg and Turner Construction are once again facing claims they cost a drywall company millions and drove it out of business by allowing their executives to wage a campaign of blackballing and bid-rigging, after a New York federal court tossed the subcontractor's first suit earlier this year.
