A group of disabled people who were unable to file income tax returns has agreed to dismiss its suit against the IRS over delayed payments of pandemic stimulus funds, according to an order filed Monday in a Pennsylvania federal court.

A group of disabled federal beneficiaries who didn't receive their full COVID-19 economic impact payments from the IRS sued the federal government in a Pennsylvania federal court, contending the deadline to use an online tool for nonfilers was unconstitutional.
