Gym Chain Resolves Disagreement Over Wage Suit Deal
A Texas magistrate judge said a gym chain and a group of workers resolved an issue they had while ironing out the details of a settlement ending a proposed class action seeking unpaid overtime wages, canceling a hearing that was slated for the parties to come to an agreement.

Gym Chain Escapes All But OT Claims in Wage Suit
A Texas federal judge trimmed a proposed class action alleging a gym chain failed to pay overtime wages, finding the plaintiffs had not offered evidence to prove they were not paid equally or subjected to inappropriate comments, only allowing two workers' individual federal wage claims to continue.
