A cabinetmaker has ended its lawsuit against Amco Insurance Co. in Washington federal court over coverage of an underlying intellectual property case, after the parties agreed to dismiss all claims in the coverage suit.

Amco Insurance Co. must defend a Washington-based cabinetmaker in a registration mark lawsuit, a federal judge found, saying the underlying suit alleged advertising injuries covered by the cabinetmaker's policy with Amco.
