Ford Exclusive Car Showroom Perks Not Price Discrimination
A Wisconsin federal judge has thrown out an antitrust lawsuit from smaller dealerships in the state accusing Ford Motor Co. of coercion and price discrimination by offering dealers incentives to build dedicated Lincoln car showrooms, which the plaintiffs said only the largest dealerships could afford.

Car Dealers Hit Ford With Lawsuit Over Showroom Demands
A group of Wisconsin car dealers filed a lawsuit against Ford Motor Co. on Wednesday, accusing the car manufacturer of violating federal antitrust and state laws when it required the dealerships to construct a showroom facility for Lincoln cars or face a reduction in their car sales margin.
