The operators of an addiction and treatment facility in New York will pay $5,000 to end a suit alleging they stiffed workers on overtime premiums, according to a federal court filing.

Addiction Center Workers' Wage Suit Survives Reduction
A New York federal judge adopted a magistrate judge's recommendation not to completely toss a proposed class action claiming the operators of an addiction and treatment facility owe workers unpaid and overtime wages, finding the workers proved they were forced to work over 40 hours a week without overtime pay.
