    Judge Rips Fla. Agency As TM 'Bully' In Online School Row

    A Florida federal judge on Tuesday sided with online education company Stride Inc. in a trademark infringement dispute over its now-renamed "Florida Online School," slamming the Florida Department of Education sub-agency that sued for trying to use "weak trademarks to bully its competitors."
