Teva, Pharmacies Want Humana's Copay Fraud Claims Tossed
Teva Pharmaceuticals and two specialty pharmacies have slammed a lawsuit from Humana accusing them of conspiring to bilk Medicare and private insurers through copayment assistance for the multiple sclerosis drug Copaxone, saying the insurer openly knew the facts surrounding the alleged scheme and waited too long to sue.

Humana Sues Teva Over Alleged Copay Fraud Scheme
Humana sued Teva Pharmaceuticals on Friday, claiming the drugmaker orchestrated a scheme to bilk Medicare and private insurers by inflating both the sales and price of multiple sclerosis drug Copaxone through copayment assistance to patients who were routed through sham charities.
