A trio of investors and cannabis company Calyx Peak told an Illinois federal judge Wednesday that they're ending litigation over $650,000 the investors claimed they pumped into the company but couldn't get back, in a breach of their investment contract.

A trio of investors in cannabis company Calyx Peak who claim they haven't been able to get back the $650,000 they invested in the company have asked a federal judge in Illinois to bar Calyx from taking actions that would dilute their holdings.
