Farm Construction Workers Get Collective Cert. In OT Suit
A Wisconsin federal judge has granted collective certification to H-2A temporary agricultural workers who did construction work on farms, ruling that a worker whose suit seeking overtime pay was revived by the Seventh Circuit made new claims sufficient to proceed.
