An Oregon federal judge has ordered cannabis cultivator TLR Enterprises LLC to repay nearly $1.17 million to a lending fund that says the cultivator owed it more than $1.27 million after breaching its contract to pay back seed money to begin its operations.

A hemp harvester borrowed nearly $1.27 million in seed money to get itself up and running — and is now "dragging its feet" on paying back the funds, the farm's creditor said in a lawsuit in Oregon federal court.
