A Texas federal judge has awarded counsel for Occidental Petroleum nearly $1.5 million in fees in its lawsuit against Wells Fargo over what the oil giant called a failure to execute a series of securities sales on its behalf in early 2020, overruling the bank's objections to the company's fee calculation.
