Two furniture suppliers and Arch Insurance Co. have agreed in principle to settle their coverage dispute over the suppliers' $7.1 million settlement with the federal government after it alleged they overcharged it for office furniture, the parties told a Michigan federal court.

Two furniture suppliers told a Michigan federal court that their insurer should cover their $7.1 million settlement with the federal government over the suppliers overcharging for office furniture, saying the insurer incorrectly argued the settlement is uninsurable and asking for a partial quick win in the lawsuit.
