A Florida federal court has limited the potential damages a theme park ride builder can recover from Universal Studios over a dispute involving a theme park ride based on "Tonight Show" host Jimmy Fallon, saying the contract between them only allows the builder to collect amounts owed for invoiced work as the case advances to a jury trial.
