A Virginia bank wants to dismiss or transfer a $421 million lawsuit brought by West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice alleging bad faith by the lender, saying the suit is an attempt to delay loan repayments and was filed in the wrong venue.

West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice has sued a Virginia community bank and its top brass for at least $421 million in alleged damages, accusing the longtime lender to his businesses of engaging in opportunistic and anti-competitive behavior since coming under new management.
