Texas Car Dealership Inks Deal To End EEOC Race Bias Suit
A car dealership and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission asked a Texas federal judge Tuesday to greenlight a $22,500 deal resolving a suit alleging that the business gave a Black sales representative a racist award and allowed harassment so severe that he was forced to quit.

EEOC Says Car Dealer Humiliated Black Worker With Trophy
The EEOC slapped a car dealership with a race bias suit in Texas federal court Wednesday, claiming the business gave a Black salesman a "Least Likely to Be Seen in the Dark" award and made him endure harassment so bad he had to quit.
