Dave & Buster's, Workers Settle Tip Credit Pay Suit
Restaurant and arcade chain Dave & Buster's and a collective of workers settled claims that waitstaff were shorted for untipped work, as the parties told an Arizona federal court Monday that an arbitrator had signed off on a settlement agreement between them.

Workers Say Dave & Buster's 'Tip Credit' Shorted Their Pay
Two former Dave & Buster's Inc. waitresses filed a proposed collective action against the company in Arizona federal court, claiming the restaurant chain deprived its tipped workers minimum wage for the nontipped work they performed outside their shifts.
