    Shell, Gulf Oil Sued Over Climate Threats To Fuel Facilities

    The Conservation Law Foundation filed a pair of suits against Gulf Oil LP and entities of Royal Dutch Shell PLC accusing them of failing to factor in the risks of climate change at fuel storage facilities in New Haven, Connecticut, thus placing the surrounding community in peril.
