Jones Day is asking a California federal court to force Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, its chairman and former managing partner to provide testimony in an ongoing confidential international arbitration or face sanctions, two months after unsuccessfully mounting a similar bid in Washington, D.C.
