Video game developer Saber Interactive will have another shot at making its case that the publisher of a rival game infringed on its intellectual property by using a tractor design to which the developer holds the exclusive rights.

Video game giant Saber Interactive is suing a U.K. competitor and its law firm Pinsent Masons LLP for trying to drum up press coverage accusing the Evil Dead: The Game developer of bullying the indie competitor out of the market.
