BNSF Slips EEOC Sex Harassment Claim, Must Face Another
A Nebraska federal judge tossed a claim from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's suit accusing BNSF Railway of subjecting female employees to sexually explicit graffiti, unsanitary bathrooms and demeaning comments, ruling Tuesday that the agency wasn't specific enough about the women who it alleged were harassed.

EEOC Told To Beef Up BNSF Railway Sex Harassment Case
A Nebraska federal judge said he wouldn't toss a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission suit accusing BNSF Railway of subjecting female employees to demeaning and sexually explicit comments on an almost daily basis, but told the agency it must be more detailed about how many female workers were allegedly harassed.
