Lloyd's will pay The Brink's Co. $10 million to settle a coverage dispute over more than $15 million in losses stemming from a Brink's employee stealing from the security giant and destroying company data, according to documents Law360 obtained Monday.

The Brink's Co. told a Virginia federal court that Lloyd's must cover its losses stemming from an employee stealing from it and destroying company data, saying the insurer arbitrarily denied its bid for coverage under an excess crime policy.
