    A New York federal judge ruled Tuesday that Walmart and Belkin can arbitrate a proposed class action alleging they overstated the speed of Belkin Wi-Fi routers sold at the retailer, as Belkin's arbitration agreement is valid and enforceable with respect to both the router maker and Walmart.
