A Texas federal judge has declined to disqualify the attorney for a University of Texas teaching assistant accused of sexual assault, because although his alleged victim reached out to the lawyer's firm prior to filing her complaint, the firm's former receptionist failed to forward her lengthy email containing sensitive information to anyone in the office.
