Nokia Can't Escape Suit Alleging Costly 401(k) Investments
Nokia must face a proposed class action alleging it failed to keep the costs of its employee 401(k) plan in check, a New Jersey federal judge said Wednesday, finding the plan participants leading the suit provided enough detail to back up their claims of costly investment options.

Nokia Narrows But Can't Defeat 401(k) Fee Suit
A New Jersey federal judge tossed half of a lawsuit alleging Nokia mismanaged its $8.5 billion 401(k) plan, ruling Tuesday that while the company's employees failed to show they were owed cheaper investment options, they backed up their claims that they were overcharged in plan management fees.
