The Tenth Circuit on Tuesday affirmed a Colorado federal judge's $187,000 sanctions against two attorneys who filed a bogus suit falsely claiming that the 2020 election was rigged, finding it was perfectly reasonable for the judge to conclude that the attorneys' claims were made in bad faith.
