Ferrari Can't Speed Away From NJ Brake Defect Suit
A New Jersey federal judge Friday rejected Ferrari's bid to toss a proposed class action alleging it hid a brake defect in some cars, rejecting its argument he lacked jurisdiction absent Ferrari's contacts with the Garden State, noting Ferrari had "purposeful and systematic interactions" with New Jersey, "not 'random, isolated or fortuitous' ones."
