Blue Cross Blue Shield Minnesota has settled its lawsuit against GS Labs LLC claiming the COVID-19 testing facility profiteered off the pandemic at the insurer's expense by allegedly pocketing millions of dollars in duplicative testing fees, prompting a federal judge Friday to cancel a hearing set for later this month.
