Exxon Merits $1.8B Tax Refund For Qatari Venture, Court Told

Exxon Mobil Corp. was wrongly denied tax benefits associated with a partnership for natural gas production with the government of Qatar, the company told a Texas federal court Friday, seeking $1.8 billion back from the IRS, minus other pending refunds.
