A truck rental company that was ordered to pay a Zurich unit nearly $191,000 after the insurer demanded an additional premium of roughly $215,000 following an audit is taking the case to the Ninth Circuit for review, the company told a California federal court Thursday.

Co. Can't Use Zurich's Error To Fully Offset Unpaid Premium
A truck rental company must pay a Zurich unit nearly $191,000 after the insurer demanded an additional premium of roughly $215,000 following an audit, a California federal court ruled, rejecting the larger damages estimate given to offset that premium following Zurich's paperwork error over a truck fire.
