Celsius Investors Ink $8M Deal Over Employee Stock Program
Celsius Holdings Inc. investors asked a Florida federal judge Thursday to preliminarily approve a $7.9 million settlement to resolve claims the beverage company's executives inflated revenue by misstating costs of an employee stock compensation program, noting that while they believe their claims are meritorious, "continued litigation presents clear risks."

Drink Co. Asks Fla. Judge To Toss Shareholders' Fraud Suit
Beverage company Celsius Holdings urged a Florida magistrate judge on Tuesday to dismiss shareholder claims that executives deliberately misstated costs of an employee stock compensation program to inflate revenue, arguing the shareholders had failed to show executives did anything more than publicly correct an accounting error.
