A New York federal judge on Tuesday said a putative class of consumers must arbitrate their antitrust dispute with the NFL, its teams and online merchandise retailer Fanatics Inc., saying the consumers agreed to have their claims arbitrated when they accepted the terms of use on the companies' websites.
