A proposed class of investors in digital music streaming service Akazoo has said it reached an $11.5 million global settlement with the company's auditor, Crowe UK LLP, over claims it deceived investors and enabled Akazoo's alleged fraud.

Investors who injected $40 million into a "fictional" music streaming business sued accounting firm Crowe UK in Georgia federal court alleging it knew, or should have known, the streamer was "a complete fabrication" that shouldn't have gotten a "clean" audit report.
