How Do You Define 'Pizza'? Totino's Beats Fake Cheese Suit
An Illinois federal judge on Friday tossed, for now, a proposed class action alleging that General Mills' Totino's Pizza Rolls are made with fake cheese, finding that cheese isn't a characterizing ingredient in the product and that none of the plaintiff's proffered "dictionary definitions" say pizza contains a certain amount of real cheese.
