Highgate Hotel Asks NY Judge To Deny Discovery Inquiries
A midtown Manhattan hotel urged a federal judge to reject discovery requests from New York steakhouse Harry's, calling the subpoenas premature and improper given that the hotel has been in compliance with all court orders and has provided timely responses.

Highgate Hotels Gets 'Harry's' NY Bar Trademark Suit Trimmed
A New York federal judge dismissed Lower Manhattan steakhouse Harry's claim that a similarly named midtown hotel bar was counterfeiting a registered mark Monday, but said that the eatery's trademark infringement claim can proceed to trial.
