Google Wins Bid To Arbitrate Claims Fitbit Burns Skin
Customers who alleged Google-owned Fitbit smartwatches burned their skin must arbitrate their claims after a California federal judge on Friday rejected their argument that they didn't remember checking a box agreeing to the terms of service that contained an arbitration provision, finding the provision to be reasonably conspicuous.
