9th Circ. Partly Revives Class Cert. Bid In Kirkland Wage Suit
The Ninth Circuit partially reinstated Monday a class certification bid by Kirkland's Stores workers who challenged a policy barring them from leaving store premises during rest breaks, finding there to be no individualized issues since the chain enforced that policy across all its locations over a four-year period.
