FedEx Corp. urged a Pennsylvania federal judge Thursday to throw out a personal protective equipment supplier's $532 million lawsuit alleging that FedEx breached multiple supply contracts by refusing to pay invoices and failing to accept deliveries, arguing that FedEx honored its contracts and that the supplier's "sprawling" allegations can't proceed.
