A pair of Dunkin' Donuts workers in New York City voluntarily dismissed their claims in a New York federal court that a franchisee illegally docked their pay for rest breaks they never had the chance to take.

A Queens Dunkin' Donuts franchisee stiffed employees of overtime by automatically deducting unpaid breaks from their pay even though the workers didn't take the breaks, a former shift manager said Tuesday in a proposed collective action in New York federal court.
