A California federal judge on Monday dismissed claims against four hotels and their franchisors in a suit alleging that they participated in the sex trafficking of the plaintiff, allowing only the claims against Concord Inn and Suites LLP and its franchisor G6 Hospitality to go ahead.

Choice Hotels International is again asking a California federal judge to drop a lawsuit trying to hold it liable for alleged sex-trafficking at franchise locations, saying the plaintiff hasn't specifically linked the hotel chain with the alleged trafficking.
