X-Ray Tech Drops OT Claims Against Staffing Co.
A former employee of a New York City chain of membership-based health care facilities dropped his unpaid overtime claims Thursday against a staffing company he had named as a defendant in his suit, after the company argued it wasn't liable for the alleged unlawful employment decisions.

X-Ray Tech Says Private NYC Health Care Club Denied OT
A members-only New York City chain of health care facilities illegally misclassified its X-ray technicians as salaried workers in order to escape its overtime pay obligations, an ex-employee alleged Thursday in a new class and collective action filed in federal court.
