Last-Mile Delivery Drivers Must Arbitrate Misclassification Suit
Three drivers' claims that a last-mile delivery company misclassified them as independent contractors and cheated them out of overtime will have to go to arbitration, a Georgia federal judge ruled, saying the workers didn't engage in interstate commerce.
