A Texas federal judge has permanently tossed Munck Wilson Mandala LLP's Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act claims that a Dallas landlord and other entities schemed to defraud the firm out of more than $1 million with charges for "bogus and fictitious" operating expenses for the firm's Dallas office.
