Philly Atty Asks Judge To Toss Counterclaim In Contract Fight
A lawyer and his Philadelphia-based law firm asked a New Jersey federal judge Friday to toss a counterclaim the practice faces from another attorney in the lawsuit they filed against him last year, saying the contract the other lawyer staked his claim on was never finalized, and thus, unenforceable.
