A Virginia federal judge on Wednesday partially tossed a proposed class action against Genworth Financial Inc. from ex-workers alleging a 401(k) retirement plan lost more than $100 million due to underperforming BlackRock target-date funds, finding they couldn't sue to change a plan in which they no longer participated.
