TuYo Holdings LLC and Transamerica Life Insurance Co. agreed to end their dispute in Delaware federal court concerning the termination of a $1.5 million life insurance policy that TuYo purchased from Policy Services Inc., according to a joint dismissal bid.

A holding company added a charge in its suit against Transamerica Life Insurance Co. over the denial of $1.5 million in life insurance benefits, stating that in addition to wrongfully terminating the policy, the insurer failed to promptly pay out the benefits after the insured person died.
